How do I order online?
Browse our catalog by using the navigation at left, or using the search. Once you have found what you are looking for, click on the Add To Cart button to add it to your shopping cart. You will see your shopping cart which will list the cost for each item. You can change your mind later and easily add and subtract items from your shopping cart. Continue shopping until you're ready to check out. When you have finished shopping, click on the View Cart button. You can remove items and add or subtract from the quantities ordered by using the buttons provided. If you have questions or difficulties, please contact our Customer Service Department.
How will I get confirmation that my order has shipped?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been received. You will receive a second email when the order ships.
How long does it take for an order to ship and what will the shipping charges be?
- Shipping costs are calculated on the subtotal of your order.
- We use 1st Class, Priority Mail, or FedEx Ground shipping to all 50 states.
- For INTERNATIONAL orders, additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details before you place your order.
- Orders are normally
processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. However, during and right after special sales events, please allow extra time due to the quantity of orders we usually receive.
I received my order, but not all of the items I ordered were shipped with my order. Will these items be shipped to me later?
If we cannot fill your order complete, we will ship what we have unless you instruct us otherwise in the Comments section of your order. We strive to keep our website updated with regards to items that are permanently discontinued or that will not be available for an extended period of time. However, the manufacturers are often slow to inform us as to what products they are discontinuing or that they will be out of stock of for an extended period.
Therefore, sometimes customers will order items that are no longer in stock at our warehouse or available from the manufacturer. These items will have a quantity of 0 in the Qty column of the invoice or packing slip that came with your order. You are not charged for these items or the applicable shipping and handling, and we will not be able to ship them to you in the future.
If any items are temporarily out of stock but we expect to have them available again soon, we will create a backorder for these items. These items will show the quantity you ordered in the Qty column (a non-zero quantity), but will not be found in the package. The word BACKORDERED will be listed next to the item name in the Item column of the invoice. These items will be shipped to you at no additional cost as soon as they are available.

Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, all data arrives privately and securely at its destination. We make every effort to protect your online order by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology.
When is my credit card charged?
Your order will be charged to your credit card upon shipment of the order. If your order includes items that are out of stock or discontinued, these items will not be shipped to you and will not be charged to your credit card.
What is your Return Policy?
If for any reason you do not want to keep an item you have purchased, you may return any unused, unopened, undamaged item within 90 days of your order for a refund of the itemís purchase price. Only merchandise that is returned in its original or sellable condition will be credited to your account.
Please contact our Customer Service Department for a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and further information regarding merchandise returns.
Defective, damaged, or missing items: If any of the items from your order are missing, broken, or damaged when your package arrives, please contact a customer service representative for assistance within 2 business days of delivery by sending an email containing your name, contact info, order number, and a description of the problem to CustomerService@MyScrapbookingPlace.com. For items damaged during shipment, please retain all packing materials and items from the order.
